multiboot: Add a menu item to attempt booting images from ram.

This is useful if you have a machine with lots of ram (at least 1GiB
larger than the iso) in the machine, and would like to remove the USB
stick after the image has booted.

This has been tested on the Arch, Ubuntu, and Tails images.

multiboot: Allow booting tails images.

Add support for booting tails (https://tails.boum.org/) images. These
are heavily modified debian live images, that runs tor and a modified
Firefox that proxies via tor.

The kernel options for this are taken from the isolinux config in the
iso.

multiboot: Allow iso files to be placed in directory.

We now also scan the contents of the iso directory on the USB stick for
images. We treat these the same as if they were in the root directory.

While we were here, add status messages about what is being loaded.

multiboot: Support booting arch with non-default kernels.

This only works if there is a single kernel in the iso file.

While we are here, also load the microkernel updates (for amd and intel)
if the files exist in the image (which they do by default).

multiboot: Allow rewriting grub config without sudo.

Allow the `MULTIBOOT_MNT` environment to be passed in. My usage of this
variable is as follows:

This allows simple updates of the grub config, while taking advantage of
the auto mounter provided by Gnome.
