ssh config: CheckHostIP no

This gives me a cleaner ~/.ssh/known_hosts with no real loss of
security. If somebody has one of my server private keys then faking
DNS is not too much additional trouble.

I no longer need ssh_new
.bashrc diff | blob | history
.ssh/config diff | blob | history
Configuration files for a bunch of Unix apps I use regularly.
