Hacks to make iTerm work better.

Screen can use regular terminfo now.

Bash uses terminfo to set the status line (xterm titlebar)

If TERM is unknown to terminfo then use TERM=xterm instead.

Compiled a new xterm and xterm-color. It's basically Debian's xterm-color with kbs=\177. This makes secondary screens work better with iTerm.app
